Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition.

Free Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees. The amount refunded will be based on the original purchase price of the returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

At QuantumConnect, we do not currently designate any products as final sale items. All eligible purchases may be returned within our 30-day return window in accordance with this policy.
