Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that these delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs delays, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

QuantumConnect is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or appears to have been stolen after delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in finding an appropriate resolution.

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause shipping delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
